[Sloved]Dell XPS 2720 Cpu Upgrade

Hello guys i need help trying to upgrade cpu for my dell xps 2720
I updated it to last bios from dell page but he cant recognize Intel i5-4590S (haswell refresh) giving blackscreen (stock processor is i5-4400s)
Did some one know is it need microcode update ? Chipset is H87

1. Download 9.0.31.1487 and rename it to me.bin
2. Go to Intel ME System Tools v9.1\FWUpdate\WIN64\ and copy me.bin there.
3. Run in command line with administrative rights and save results:
FWUpdLcl64 -f me.bin
4. Don't reboot but power off your system and disconnect power cord for few minutes.
5. Boot and make in BIOS Load Defaults, save and exit.
6. Try to install your new CPU.
