Please make & post a foto of temperatures in BIOS at idle.
Temperatures in Linux are useful too.

here are the temperatures out of linux after reboot into the OS:

coretemp-isa-0000
Adapter: ISA adapter
Core 0: +38.0°C (high = +78.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)
Core 1: +27.0°C (high = +78.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)

This should reflect the idle state, as only firefox is running in order to post the message here.

there is no temperature indicator in this bloody BIOS.   I flipped through any menu and submenus.
