I want to change the SATA settings to ' AHCI ' but this Insyde H2O Bios is very limited as it is a Netbook.

Netbbok Model: Sony Vaio VPC W21C5E
Current Bios installed: "Insyde H2O Bios 3.5 - R0240E2"

How Can I get a Backup of the Current Bios?

Can I use the BIOS from this Thread? (Here the subject is VAIO VPCW21Z1E/W):

Camiloml tried to unlock this Bios, but some are very Hard or impossible as in this case, where Camiloml tried Swapping Method and uer did cannot save setings !
