Sony Vaio MODS for Dell Win 7 install disk

is it possible to get a bios mod with a Dell certificate for a Sony PCG-7173L? I have a dell win 7 install disk and that's all i have.

Update from windows, run flash.bat as administrator.

I ran the bat file and all seemed good. I installed win 7 and tried to activate it but to no avail. Is the cert wrong? Did I [censored] something up?

- Press Ctrl + F2 to save the entire table of information about the machine.
- Upload AcpiTbls.rw file.
