Sony Vaio VPCEB3E4E problems after motherboard change

Hi,

I have a Sony Vaio VPCEB3E4E and I've changed Motherboard with a VPCEA. It's same MB, but one différence : Keyboard have no numpad on VPCEA but mine, yes.
So, when I put numlock on, keys 890uiojkl is numpad, and numpad has no action.

Another problem is the battery, not detected by Windows, and led is flashing.

There is also the fan speed, it's 100% all the time. 

I have backup bios R1170Y8, and test to unlock the feature, but with no success. 

Can you help me please ?

Hi,

for the problem of battery, I changed the chip Winbond EC by that of my old motherboard. The battery is now well recognized, but that does not change anything for the keyboard problem or for the fan.
