I have a Stone NT308 with a Clevo W240EL Motherboard. could i request an unlocked BIOS?

There isn't any Bios for your laptop available ! So You can try this tool !

Just a note, my system is x64 based, so I don't know why the tool was spitting out it was x32 (x86)

this is an AMI Aptio Bios so there are too many page o unlock and I don't knok
whih ones You are interested about !

I have to flash my image on the administrator commandline using afuwinx64 bios_mod.rom /GAN ..

It's certanly not so easy for BIOSes with another menu setup, but the whole idea is the same.
I could also recommend trying AMIBCP to modify menu entries vilibility from "Default" to "USER",
if your menu setup is more complex then a setup above.

And for your case You can use Intel FPT 8.1.51.1476 tool to reflash your Bios Mod !

Thanks for the help. I want to enable explicit control over the use of CPU's. Specifically, being able to use incompatible hardware and forcing this through the BIOS. It would be vital to what I am trying to achieve
