Uncheck Liczba procesorów, press OK, press OK and reboot.
If it will not help, then go to Device Manager, delete all CPUs in it and reboot.

Make current BIOS dump by Universal BIOS Backup ToolKit 2.0, zip and attach.

It's too old version without Penryn support.
Update BIOS to actual state and then update microcode again - https://www.bios-mods.com/forum/Thread-T...#pid178980

it wasn't easy to find CD Drive close to my home in 2021 but I have finally updated the BIOS, applied your mod and it's working like a charm. almost 50% gain in benchmark score.
