Right heres a re mod using the newly released phoenix mod tool v1.00 (Certificate Is Included , Toshiba 2.1 SLIC):-

You can use the same link (I changed the files but the download link is the same)

Thanks for all. I flashed with new one but RW says its still SLIC 2.0. I tried an emulator to check if RW not working. But when i use a bios emulator it shows SLIC2.1. Means that modded bios version is not 2.1 still 2.0 ununderstandable how it is.

Have you tried using SLIC Dump Toolkit?
