Tektronix TLA704 BIOS Mod

Hi.
    I would want to ask if anyone can mod the this bios in order to assign IRQs to PCI cards. Whenever I add a new PCI card in the system I get 

Warning: IRQ not configured - Pci at slot 01
    Bus:00, Device: 0E, Function: 00
System Configuration Data updated

and than in windows the PCI card will not work because it returns that the BIOS did not assign an IRQ to it.

Can somebody please change the bios in order to assign IRQs to the PCI slot (BTW by default there is not PCI slot so it has to be soldered) but after soldering it detects all the cards that I put in... I am just having a hard time with the IRQs. I don't thing anyone ever did a PCI "upgrade" to this logic analyzer

PS: In BIOS all IRQ assignments are set to auto.
PPS: The southbridge is SB82371

I have extracted the part of the bios that deals with IRQ assignments. Can somebody please have a look at it?
