Go to Access->Command and run the commands:
wrmsr 0x199 0x0 0x00001128
rdmsr 0x198
rdmsr 0x194
Show a screenshot of results.
Done.
p.s. After having done it cpu speed suddenly jumped to 1.7Ghz

Now you can set CPU multiplier by RWEverything:
wrmsr 0x199 0x0 0x00001128
Do you still need a BIOS mod?

You mean after reboot cpu will revert speed back to 598 mhz
and I'll have to "overclock" it by entering such command every time?

Nothing changed. Windows still shows cpu is working at 598Mhz.
Do I need to install old cpu and flash again?
