Go to Access->Command and run the commands:
wrmsr 0x199 0x0 0x00001128
rdmsr 0x198
rdmsr 0x194
Show a screenshot of results.
Done.
p.s. After having done it cpu speed suddenly jumped to 1.7Ghz

Now you can set CPU multiplier by RWEverything:
wrmsr 0x199 0x0 0x00001128
Do you still need a BIOS mod?

Nothing changed. Windows still shows cpu is working at 598Mhz.
Do I need to install old cpu and flash again?
