Toshiba Satellite A105-S4014 Bios Unlocking

Hi,
I'm the owner of a Toshiba Satellite A105-S4014 and I have just upgraded it to a 64-bit compliant CPU and 4GB of RAM.
I installed Windows 7 x64 and it's only able to use 3GB of RAM but I know for a fact that this bios (version 6.00) has hidden functions such as virtualization technology that could allow me to make use of the full 4GB of RAM.
Would you please be able to mod this bios so as to unlock all its hidden functions?
