Your laptop has Socket M, so you can't use CPU with Socket P.
T7200, T7400 and T7600 are recommended for upgrade.

And it is necessary to modify the bios for these CPU?

OK. Do in BIOS Load Defaults, save and exit.
Make a screenshot of regedit with expanded key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\DESCRIPTION\System\CentralProcessor\0

Hi. I have some time now. I did what you asked. I also tried to install more than 2 gigabytes of RAM, but it didn't work. When starting the laptop, it gave artifacts already on the BIOS logo. Is it possible to install more than 2 gigabytes of RAM?

It's possible with some laptops based on 943GML chipset. Try fo find 1GB SODIMM with 4 chips on each side and 2GB SODIMM with 8 chips on each side.
Install such 1GB SODIMM in first slot and 2GB - in second.
