UEFI tool or alternative

Hello I'm trying to modify some hex in my bios to change some features. However the newer UEFI tool versions only extract and I can not replace. So I've read I need an older version. Every version I try either still has replace greyed out or the software doesn't even load. Does anyone have a fully working version of this that works on windows 10? Or an alternative software?

Ok. I don't know what I'm missing here. I cannot open that software. shows up on the taskbar but doesn't actually load up. I've restarted and disabled any virus protection on this pc and tried running it as administrator. There are a few versions of this that do this on my machine. but any of the NE versions run just fine.
