I am new on these forums so Hi. I have been trying to enable Overclocking Options in my BIOS with little success. I get the basic idea of how to make a bios boot cd and execute program and so on. But I am not able to find any way of flashing my bios with OC options enabled. I know my bios is ami and I know that it is R01-B4. I have attatched my BIOS.

Here are my Motherboard Specs:
Manufacturer: ACER
Model:MCP73
Version:R01-B0
Chipset Vendor: Nvidia
Chipset Revision: A2
SouthBridge Vendor:Nvidia
SouthBridge Model:nForce 630i
SouthBrige Revision:A2
BIOS: AMI R01-B4

Heres my other Specs:
Computer: Acer Aspire M3640
OS: Windows 7 (32-Bit)
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 (2.4GHz)
RAM: 3GB
Graphics: Nvidia Geforce GTS 450

Any help on how to enable Overclocking Options would be appreciated thanks.
