i flashed it with the one you have posted and at flashed without any errors but then it wouldn't boot
i had to hot flash it with the original bios to get it working again

would it be because it is a phoenix award bios?
i thought that it was an award bios but could it also be a phoenix bios as well (i know award and phoenix joined), thus breaking the bios?

No , its definately an Award bios. We cannot unlock Phoenix bioses at all , so it must be Award!

Also Phoenix owns Award so any bios that says PhoenixAward is really an Award bios. Phoenix bioses just say phoenix!

Sorry it didnt work for you , i am removing the file and will take a look at remodding this bios once i return from my weekend away!

EDIT: well it come on, but there is no option in the bios
i am now gonna test to see if i get an error in windows through VMWare

Well my tool has definitely verified that it has been viewable. I will try moving it to an easier location to see if that helps.
