[Unlocked][Advanced] Acer Aspire 7560 : Semi Brick
#1
Sad
I successfully managed to unlock all advanced features on my acer aspire 7560 thanks to BDmaster, the problem is that windows do not boot and i cant install a new version of it because a blue screen of death will pop up.

As a result, windows 7 doesnt boot.
I cannot start windows setup (they complain about non ACPI Hardware).

I cannot flash using command prompt and flashit.exe because of FADT Error (ACPI related).

i tried freedos to restore the unmoded bios

Flashit.exe (without arguments)
flashit.exe /h
flashit.exe ROM /all
flashit.exe ROM /f
flashit.exe ROM /mc

return the same error: FADT not found! Sad

Have You tried the neowin suggestion ? as I posted on different thread ?
To Recover your Bios use Recovery Procedure and Recovery File !
Here You go :

http://rghost.net/6XSjbyrSs

Recovery Procedure :

Prepare an USB Stick DOS Fat32 Formatted then copy into the Recovery File BIOS.fd and
follow this guide . . .

- Shutdown the netbook (notebook)
- Remove all peripheral devices
- Remove battery, Remove AC power cord
- Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds (battery and AC power still out), then release
- Put the USB Memory Stick in the USB port
- Hold "Fn" + "Esc" and plug the AC power cord in
- Now press the power button (whilst still holding Fn + Esc).
Wait until the fan will run, then release "Fn" + "Esc" keys
- The fan will run for about 2-10 minutes and the USB drive activity LED will blink
- I think the netbook rebooted automatically. If it doesn't, unplug the AC power cord once the fan has turned off

The bios should be updated with the modified BIOS, and boot as per normal.

Let me know
Regards
