Unlocked multiplier Xeon E3-1275V3

Hi, I'm new to this website but I'd like to know if you guys could make me a modded Bios for my Asus Z87I-Pro ITX board so I can OC my Xeon E3-1275 V3 more easily with my H80i.

I'm hoping for a unlocked multiplier and that it won't make the "cpu frequency" switch to "Turbo cpu frequency" when picking a multiplier above 35.
