Unlocking ASUS G74SX-KBB8 for Quick Sync

Apparently my processor and chipset should support Quick Sync no problem, but ASUS has locked it down for various reasons. I want to use Quick Sync for streaming but my BIOS is completely locked down.

I've uploaded the newest BIOS version as an attachment and it's what i'm using.

If you can fully unlock the BIOS so I can enable/disable Quick Sync along with other options, that would be greatly appreciated! If not, hopefully just Quick Sync and i'll be more than satisfied.

Noticed there were 2 downloads on my attachment, is there any information on whether or not is doable or if someone is even working on it?
