Unusual request MSI E350IS-E45

Hello, This board comes with integrated CPU and its much similar to laptop configurations. It comes with AMI BIOS, however PhoenixDell/EFI SLIC Mod [1.92] recognizes it as an Insyde product.

Menu attempts ware made to change SLIC inside this BIOS with result of bricking the board. I am here interested into different matter - I want to know is there any locked content within the BIOS, because CPU settings are locked, as a matter of fact only memory timings can be adjusted by user.
