Update PhoenixBios HP Pavilion dv9700t

Hello,

The setting in my bios are limmeted

I would like te flash / update my bios. I have been reading a lot and i already
- Download the HP USB disk format tool
- Format the drive and put on a DOS image from this website

Now there are three files on the USB, but i don't know which BIOS update image I need for the update. Can anyone tell me?

Here is some system information:
- HP Pavilion DC9700t. Intel ® Core™2 Duo Core T8300@ 2.40 GHZ, 24001 MHz.
- OS: Windows 8.
- BIOS: Phoenix BIOS, although CPU-Z tells me the brand is Hewlett Packard
- BIOS Version / date:F.52 / 24-3-2008
- Motherboard

I don't know if anyone needs more information. Please tell me and i will write it down.
