Well, I don`t know if this is how whitelisted gpu should work for me, but I flashed bios from here and, with hotplugging first seconds when Win10 starts managed to see the eGPU in Device Manager. All I had to do is install drivers and connected eGPU to an external monitor.
It proved worked because I tested game and had fps I would never achieve with my laptop gpu.
Game: TES4 Oblivion on high settings, 720p and 30 fps
eGPU: gtx750ti 2gb ddr5
laptop gpu: 9200m gs 256mb ddr2
I will consider buying program named eGPU 1.35 (because I didn`t found cracked version online) to see if it will make eGPU work without hotplugging.
I guess case is closed.
