Xeon E5 2699 V3 (turbo Unlock) for Bios- MSI E7882IMS.381 in an MSI X99A Gaming 9 ACK

Looking for a modded/unlocked MSI E7882IMS.381 for Xeon E5 2699 V3 [CPUID:306F2] Turbo Unlock on an MSI X99A Gaming 9 ACK Motherboard.


Note: i tried the mod myself , i.e., removing microcode, Setting CPU C State options, and Injecting the required TBU driver - Single Socket, but there is zero difference in the Bios menus... I wanted to test this out as for whatever reason, my CPU is stuck at 1200MHz in Bios, and does not run any faster ?? Including when windows 10 is running. Maybe my board is fubar'd ?
