The CPU is official not supportet. It runs well, but the multiplier isn't changeable. chooseable are 6-9 like for the Q9650.

Another Bord with the same Chipset (nVIDIA nForce 730i/GeForce 9300) and CPU support for the QX9650 C1 is the MSI P7NGM Digital.

So if it is possible to build in the CPU support, i will feel happy.

can you please find me another AWARD bios that supports this CPU as they really need to be the same bios type in order for me to easily extract the CPU microcode and replace the microcode in the other bios.

Another Award Bios i found with the right CPU support is the one from the Gigabyte GA-E7AUM-DS2H. It is for the same chipset 730i, but for the 9400 IGP. That should be the same, only with other clocks. I do not use the IGP.

It hast support for dual Bios what i cant use. Is that a problem?

Cant load up the biosfile.


The EVGA 113-YW-E115-TR has the right chipset too, but only discribes QX9650 support without information about steppings.
