Finally got around to flashing. Works fine, was able to activate with included certificate and ASUS Windows 7 product key from http://www.galwayland.com/2010/03/window...ollection/

Thanks ahecht for checking it out. I didn't know ASRock Z97 Extreme4 comes with 2 BIOS (A & B). I flip the switch to B and tried it yesterday. Worked great.
