Thanks - I see now on US Site CPU support list 3770K supported, and ME7 with this BIOS now, so I see it's OK here.
Is there a standard way to know if a board/BIOS does require ME8 for Ivy, I know some do, or at least used to back then

I switch to a z75 motherboard instead. It works fine. I start at 3.4g, then increase gradually. You may move this thread to closed.
