I've modified you attached bios file ,try them here.

Another idea ,if you have ability to remove bios chip from motherboard ,i'll suggest you buy a new chip and re-write your backup bios or dump bios that from other 3040 machine ,maybe it can be solve your problem.

Because i found the same error message with you from internet ,they solved this issue by re-write bios ,but the writed data is dump from other 3040 machine.

I suggest you to search dump bios from other 3040 machine in internet and try to write it with spi programmer.
I can't help you this.
