difficult to flash bios on asus 1201n

goodmornig to everybodywith kind will that help people like me,i usually dive the net to find the solutions to my problems,but sometime god is particulary gentle......i upgraded my asus 1201n from w7 64bit to w8.1 64bit,at the beginning was all right and VERY fast boot and descktop,but once connected to the internet i started to have bios problems:almost  every boot it asks to press f2 to restore default set up.ther was thebios mobbed that  i download in this site in the machine,it s perfect with w7.i tryed different solutions:install the last nvidia drivers,but nothings,to flesh bios by ez flash and dos,but nothing.i reinstalle w7 64,so i was able to flash the bios with the last original and reinstalled w8.1 64,but once connected to internet the same situation......so i reinstalled w 7 64 but i m no more able to use ez flash:it finds the devise but keep reading the file rom without flash......
so i gently ask a help to flash the bios.i left all last night without battery ram cmos to reset,but nothing,i read in a post of this site about a jumper under the stick ram on the battery location side that if you connect it reset the bios,but i don t know how to do correctly so i m waliting for more detailed istructions.by the way thanks to al try to help me.
