it seems that the tools off hp don't work :

how ironic to see this....

AFAIK there are only two ways to roll back bios.
1) potentially with the usb stick method
2) hardware level access *** way more complex than I'm willing to write about *** - let's just say it's not for the average joe and requires a lot of know how and special tools. 

Hint: reset BIOS password  - research it!
