e-machines e640g bios mod/unlock request

i have an e-machines e640g with insyde bios v2.14

i had tryed to get help from customer support, but they ignored me completly

could you unlock an option so i can control the fan of my laptop?
when i change the cpu system cooling policy in processor power management from active or passive nothing happens
i would also like to be able to change the voltage of my gpu (hd5470 512mb ddr3) if possible (any other hidden option unlocked is fine as wel)

Seems to me by the screenshots that bios is AMI.

i have the infomation from aida, wich said it is insyde.. but i am no expert

quick update: restarted the system, and on top of the screen says InsydeH2O Rev. 3.5
