To be honest, I am not completely sure as I have never tried this. It might be okay, but it is probably an unnecessary risk. If you are going to go through with this anyways (and I highly discourage this), be absolutely sure that CRISIS recovery works on your computer beforehand.

May I ask why you wish to flash a different region's BIOS image onto your computer?
