Hi can anyone help me i have an intel board model DP45SG y have windows 7 ultimate and i cant activate it

i read that i need the thing called clic 2.1 but i dont know how to install it i have the newest version of the bios provided by intel

Intel motherboards cannot be modded by us for SLIC 2.1
