Hi friend,
file .rom and .bin are the same only difference is between .rom and .wph
(as winphlash file has got an extra header).
So You can rename your file .rom as .bin without any issue !
But I want to say that your Bios is Capsulated so to get that one working ùYou have to cut out some chunks !!!
So avoid to use directly It . . .
Let me know

Hi friend,
You have to get before Write Original Bios get the FULL_DUMP Firmware from your Eeprom(s)
and then replace Bios Region into It and rewrite the Full Dump file to Eeprom(s) !
So I can Decapsulate Original Bios to prepare, but I need the Full Dump to insert into !
Normaly Bios has many Regions : Descriptor - ME - Bios - GbE - Pdr
So your Eeprom is W25Q64BV 8192 KB and your Bios only 3072 KB It will miss a big chunk ?
Let me know
Regards

Use this tool run It as Admin and upload here the result file :

It seems You posted the FULL DUMP !!!

Ok friend,
use this one I Regenerated your Firmware replacing your DMI Data so You will find
your laptop UUID, Model, Serial, WIN KEY etc. ready :

Let me know
Regards
