It's impossible because it's a chipset limitation and not a BIOS problem.

The 915 series chipset doesn't have multi-processor support. It was intentionally crippled by Intel to force board manufacturers to use the more expensive 925 series chipsets for multi-processor server applications.

It supports celeron d aka dual core piece of crap.
Oh well I guess I will have to upgrade then.
