m72e Lenovo Supported CPU upgrade microcodes?

I have M72e tiny Lenovo Pc

1. What is the max i7/ xeon cpu supported/listed in that bios microcode?
( provided i upgrade the power supply) I tried to get information on the lenovo forums and was told its impossible to upgrade from the 3470t thats in the unit shipped.

I wanted to upgrade to a xeon 1260l , what microcodes are included? 
* is the chip i ordered (Intel Xeon E3-1260L SR00M 2.40GHz Quad-Core LGA1155 CPU 8MB 45W HD Graphics 2000)
should have it next week
Is it possible to mod the bios to include the microcodes?

This BIOS has microcode for all CPUs for LGA1155 with Sandy Bridge and Ivy Bridge cores.
Post screenshots of first (CPU) & third (Mainboard) tabs of CPU-Z with current CPU.
Try to boot with E3-1260L and describe results.
