modded bios help

can someone who has the time take a look at this bios for me and go under
frequency/voltage control in the drop down list and click the + you`ll see two options
named AMD CPU FUNCTION which has a few options i would like to be able to control in them but when i flash this bios and go under that menu i see no such items to select and i`d rather not mess up my bios so someone plz shed some light on this

the bios is AMI and the mb is a ecs A780GM-M3

edit: i got the options i want to show up but it seems i hit another wall
for some reason i can only bring the cpu voltage down and not up and i cant change the NB multiplier either, when i do the system does not post..... i can bring the voltage down tho
so a little help?
