The only things that you can unlock in this bios are C1E Function and CPU TM

can you try this one, see attachment. It already has the ram timings unlocked wondering if it has anything else. Also can you
tell me what tool to use to open up these bios and check for hidden options, really would like to also edit the opening picture. Also is
it possible to change the fan settings so that it turns on sooner?
