need help getting AHCI enabled on my HP pavilion DV6-7070ex ivy bridge (bios issue)

hello great people, I want to Hackintosh this HP Pavilion DV6-7070ex ivy bridge, but the issue here is the SATA Controller is in RAID Which macOS hates even with that I was Able to install Monterey (12), Ventura (13)+ Need AHCI as apple tightened the appleAHCIPort.kext so RAID isn't an option and my BIOS is [censored] and pretty locked up with no options for SATA controller, if someone has done it or can help let me know, also do I need to re install windows? if it's needed I'll find a way, but if I can do it from a Windows VM on macOS ill do it. I can provide the BIOS I have if I even find it as HP cut off support for my laptop model so if I can find it 3 party I will link it just ask me.
