on lenovo t410 replaced faulty mx25l6445e to new one

I have 10 unit Lenovo t410
is the re any way to add the bios to the new MX25L6445E flash rom.
I have 10 unit in recycling centre and I got 2 unit working.
I have tried the freezer spray but the boot loader in flash is corrupted
I have removed the flash and verified on programmer and I got error cannot verify on the address some hex code.
I know MX (matronix) they are not the best flash ics because hp Toshiba and acer has major problem with them or on the asus ee pc small netbooks they just freezing
I have a very good knowledge of smd and circuit reading.i would like to know if is there any way to program the new chip the bios binary code is around 7.8MB and also want to know if is any software to edit the serial number and the country code.

I know there is another module tpm this is assigned to the bios.
