[request] EP45T-DS3R bios mod microcodes slic

Hi,
kind of newbie, and what im awared i should not use Award BIOS Editor 1.0, cause it cant fully read files, and damages files while saving making those useless. So i can state i was not able to find link to working BIOS editor, posts say i should use AwardTool, but cant find it to downlod anywhere.

Maybe you own the tool or could help, like poiint where download or how to continue?
I need to add microcodes slic for Xeon to latest manufacturers BIOS and get moddded file
Its regarding at least E5450, and X5472 that is physically mounted inside cpu socket.

Cause on every attempt to install OS like W10 or 11, even using ventoy, rufus, etc, i get stuck on blinking cursor in topleft corner or just cant boot w11. What i remember with other P45 boards from gigabyte, modded bios was required and solved the issue.

IM AWARED there is 2 posts - topic regarding this board, and untested modded bios link, but it does not work either.
