satellite r850-14t sata 1.5 gbps limit unlock request

my sata link speed is artificaly lmited to 1.5 gbps. other laptops from the r850 series have got 3.0 gbps and intel h65m chipset is actually sata 6.0 capable.

i just want sata 3.0 gbps for an ssd and im willing to pay via paypal.
btw i hope phoenix is the right section for posting this.

First , i guess sata speed is hardware related and not something to set in the BIOS.......... since other r850 users has the 3GBS speed and haven`t got any modified BIOSs .......... its something hardware related in your notebook or simply a problem in your OS .
also , the BIOS can`t be extracted for modification , its found inside a file with .com extension and i can`t extract it .
