[solved] How to add AHCI mod to ASUS "P5K SE" bios not EPU ?

You have a choice what you more understand and to do it. Read P5K SE user’s manual section 4.1 Managing and updating your BIOS again for more understanding. I will be try calling ASUS EZ Flash 2 from Tools menu in BIOS SETUP UTILITY (USB flash disk with FAT32 format) .

I want to be 100% sure before i do it because i've seen nobody saying to use Ez Flash to update the bios with a mod bios, they all talk about programs like Afudos...

I can't check this update bios method because don't have a motherboard with this feature, for me more glad see on Youtube as work ASUS CrashFree BIOS 3 when turn off UPS while flashing process.

I use bios-mod for my X5460 but not AHCI.
If I installer this bios, I lost my microcode xeon or or she just adds AHCI?

is this bios support the q9400 processor 2,66 ghz... dont want to have to change cpu... you know that heat sink,, is so cheap....
