Post a screenshot of third (Mainboard) tab of CPU-Z.
Explain exactly what happens when you try to boot with i5-3470.

The bootSadi know the cpu is workimg cuz i tested it on a asus maximus v gene)(i know this motherboard works too cuz i used it with and i3 2100)i install everything and it shows me both of error codes led from motherboard(doesnt start just spins the fan) (the bios is the final version).. 1. Make DOS USB-stick (e.g, by Rufus),
2. Download ME-firmware v8.1.70.1590. Unpack, rename it me.bin and copy it to created DOS USB-stick.
3. Download Intel ME System Tools v8 and unpack it. Go to \Intel ME System Tools v8 r3\FWUpdate\Local-DOS and copy FWUpdLcl.exe to created DOS USB-stick.
4. Boot from created DOS USB-stick.
6. Type in command line:
FWUpdLcl -f me.bin
7. Make a photo of results.
8. Don't reboot but power off your system and disconnect power cord for few minutes.
9. Boot and make in BIOS Load Defaults, save and exit.
10. Try to install your new CPU.
