vBIOS modding, max frequency lock.

I have a mobile 1650 GDDR6 and the max frequency seems to be locked at 1785MHz, increasing core clock in MSI-Afterburner does not allow the system to bypass this lock.

The specific reason i want this is because the GPU manages to stay under 60C on benchmark loads (when undervolted) and using only 42-45W

i have looked through the dump myself but can't find exactly where this max frequency value is stored, hope an experienced member can do so.
