witch DOS program to use for flashing?

Hello out there,sorry for my bad english,i am a Dutchy

I am a newbie ,what a great site!!
Q:what dos program must i use for flashing my bios.In the bios-explane "how to"(on the main site-page) there are 3 possibilitys:Award-Ami and Phoenix
but NOT Phoenix-Award.
I have a HP pavilion slimline 7620.nl with a Phoenix-Award bios so what must i do?? Mobo is the A8MN-BR with bios v3.0.3 and i want to flash the v5.0.4 because i want to insert the AMD Athlon 64x2 4850e processor.
If i dont flash the bios,setup tels me '"unknown AMD processor" and after a few minutes the pc go's power down
