hello, what is this file contains? is it safe ?

currently i have 1.15 version of bios (do i need to update to .17).....i bought the laptop today and i did not made any modifications yet

i do not actually have the ac7620 card ....is on route, delivery takes some time so i would not be able to know exactly if it works or not.....

please help....although the 2x2 Broadcom wlan is surprisingly good (i was expecting half speeds all the time) i have an intel centrino 6205 and an intel ac7260 that i want to swap

what should i do with this testback.exe?Run it on DOS system or PE?It looks like can't run in win 7 platform.
