Walking through the settings, I wanted to reduce the TDP of my processor from the following values: PL1 = 70, PL 2 = 107, to the following values: PL 1 = 30, PL 2 = 35. But I came across the following problem: when setting the values ​​I specified and rebooting the PC , I find that in MSR PL ​​1 is locked at a value of 35, PL 2 at a value of 43.75. The question is: can you help me remove these MSR restrictions so I can set the values ​​I want?
