Ok. I made my homework and found out how to flash (https://www.bios-mods.com/bios-update/ in case any other noob passes by)

I got myself a nice green splash screen saying it was a success. But the Setup Utility did not change at all!!!!!

Any ideas?

1- download bios file. open it with winrar . two files exist in it. ph1614.exe and bios rom. save these.
2- https://www.wimsbios.com/files/flashers/...7.0.21.zip from this link download newer version of bios program.
3- rename bios rom  --> bios.wph
4- Use program in DOS mode when booted. which is downloaded in step 2
5- Thet's all E11IS2 bios loaded to new version.

note: USB pen drive must have formated as system dos disk.
