[REQUEST] Whitelist removal HP Probook 6550b
#41
Hi I flashed the firmware dump to verify if I had shorted something out when putting the laptop back together. Thank you so much for your help so far. I hope we can still remove this laptop whitelist!

I think it worked until it went into the desktop (I saw the windows Icon at bootup so it might be that the onboard video didnt work with the firmware). I didnt have the speaker attached so I dont know if it was working. Do you want to me to try flashing that image again?

Ok mate,
Use this Tools and upload the results file . . .

Use this tool run It as Admin and upload here the result file :

http://rghost.net/658W4s2SF

http://rghost.net/6ZV8PlTYX

Use AIDA64 tool too (cracked version to get FULL REPORT) and upload a Report too

Then Please make a Setup Bios Menu Tab Information photo and upload It too here !

Another test to make is use this Bios version (this is original one) and try to run It
I would know if It is for your laptop sp67215.exe , as I used to rebuild your Firmware !

http://rghost.net/6ZDdWCygK

I will reply quickly just I get these files !
let me know
Regards

Hello. I couldn't find AIDA64 but I ran the other tools.
That bios is the same package as the one I have. (After running it you have to rename 68CDE.CAB to rom.CAB in the extracted directory to get it to work ( I think thats because there were two versions of this motherboard, one that supported an i7 and another that supported the i5 and lower. I have the i5 variant so 68CDE works but 68CDF doesnt.

Thanks.

Got the trial version off the website you sent me a link to. Here is the full report and also the CAB file containing the parts of the stock bios update (I had to rename 68CDE.CAB to rom.CAB) https://www.sendspace.com/filegroup/elZ%...OrTlZJpsGg
