GA-EP45T-UD3P (v1.0) - 4TB support
#1
Hi,

I saw that there was an updated bios posted a couple years ago with updated modules to support larger drives.

Would anyone have that firmware handy? The old attachments are gone.

(F8C version)

Thanks.

reehmicks, how about make update module self ?
Read this post message, download file, then unpack module Intel RAID OROM and replace it in your version of bios. Will that solve your request ?

After digging through the website I was able to find enough info to piece together how to make my own using cbrom.  Thanks for the response though.

Is there a way I can mark this post resolved? Thanks.

Good. If you add your own the tested file with description, it is will be complete solution, then do mark in topic "Resolved".

Congratulations on attempting to make your own bios mod.

With regards to your title "GA-EP45T-UD3P (v1.0) - 4TB support", did you actually mean GA-EP45-UD3P (v1.0) without the "T" or did you mean GA-EP45T-USB3P (v1.0)? I think there is some intermixed letters in the MB you're identifying.

GA-EP45T-USB3P (v1.0) bios was posted in https://www.bios-mods.com/forum/Thread-G...ves?page=3 , post#21

GA-EP45-UD3P (v1.0) was posted in https://www.bios-mods.com/forum/Thread-G...#pid138491 ,  post#117

I apologize for the difficulty finding the bios. Sometimes the requests get mixed in old threads.

Hi !
Do you have the patched BIOS for this exact model - GA-EP45T-UD3P (Rev. 1.0) ? There is no intermixed letters here, this MB do exist.
Could you please make one ?

I placed the bios update for GA-EP45T-UD3P (v1.0) in the following link:

Yes. I agree. This MB actually exists. For some reason, I could not locate it on Gigabyte's website previously.
